KALEO SP. Z O.O. REGULATIONS
General Provisions:
1.1. These regulations define the rules for renting apartments offered by Kaleo Sp. z o.o.
1.2. By using Kaleo’s services, the client accepts all the provisions contained in this regulation.
1.3. In this regulation, the following terms shall have the following meanings: a) Kaleo: Refers to Kaleo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin 71-500, at al. Wyzwolenia 46/4B (NIP: 9552364354) (email: biuro@kaleo.com.pl), being the provider of apartment rental services. b) Client: Refers to an individual or legal entity making a reservation for an apartment offered by Kaleo. c) Apartment: Refers to a residential unit offered by Kaleo for short-term tourist or business rental. d) Rental Price: Refers to the amount determined by Kaleo that the client is obligated to pay for the use of a specific apartment for a specified period.
Reservations and Payments:
2.1. Apartment reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at Kaleo’s office.
2.2. Confirmation of the reservation occurs upon receiving a deposit amount set by Kaleo.
2.3. The remaining rental fee must be settled no later than on the day of arrival.
2.4. We provide the client with the option to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before arrival, and in such case, we will refund the full cost.
2.5. If the client decides to cancel the reservation after 7 days before the planned arrival, they will be obliged to pay a fee for 1 day of rental as a cancellation fee.
Fees:
3.1. Rental prices for apartments are specified on the Kaleo website or in the price list available at Kaleo’s office.
3.2. Parking fees are specified on the Kaleo website or in the price list available at Kaleo’s office.
Check-in and Check-out:
4.1. The standard check-in time is from 15:00. In case of arrival after 23:00, the client is obliged to inform Kaleo in advance.
4.2. The standard check-out time is by 11:00. Extending the check-out time may be possible upon agreement with the company.
No Smoking and Parties:
5.1. All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the viewing terrace of the Hanza Tower building.
5.2. Organizing parties and loud behavior that may disturb neighbors is prohibited.
Client’s Responsibilities:
6.1. The client undertakes to take care of the apartment and its equipment, maintain cleanliness and order, and respect the peace of the neighbors.
6.2. In case of damage or destruction of apartment equipment, the client is financially responsible for repair or replacement.
6.3. The Client is obliged to observe quiet hours in the building from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Pets and Additional Guests:
7.1. Introducing pets into the apartment is prohibited unless other conditions have been agreed upon with the company beforehand.
7.2. Introducing additional individuals into the apartment is possible after obtaining Kaleo’s consent and may be subject to additional fees.
Reporting Defects:
8.1. The client is obliged to report any defects and issues related to the apartment without delay.
8.2. Repairs will be undertaken as soon as possible to ensure the client’s comfort.
8.3. On the day of arrival, the client is obliged to inform Kaleo about any equipment damage if such damage exists.
Complaints:
9.1. In case of any objections or complaints regarding the apartment, the client should contact the company immediately to resolve the issue.
Kaleo’s Liability:
10.1. Kaleo is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the client’s personal belongings in the apartment.
Final Provisions:
11.1. Any disputes arising from the execution of this regulation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for Kaleo’s registered office.
11.2. By making an apartment reservation, the client accepts the terms of this regulation.
